Bánh Flan/Caramel

Vật liệu

  • 5 cups non-fat milk
  • 5 table spoons suggar
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tea spoons Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup sugar to make caramel

Cách làm

  • Boil milk & sugar in a saucepan then put it a side let it cool.
  • Beat 5 eggs then strain into the cool milk. Add Grand Marnier.
  • Make the caramel by melting sugar in another sauce pan, and pour it into a glass/ceramic casserole container.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the casserole container and put into oven, set 325F, cook for 45 min. or until liquid mixture stops running.
