Notes:
  • Rượu nếp fermentation temperature between 25-35 Celsius, or 77 to 95 Fahrenheit. Average around 86F.
  • 1st fermentation: use plastic pale + airlock with strainer to separate grains & liquid. 3-7 days.
  • 2nd fermentation: use glass/plastic bottle + airlock. 2-3 days.
  • Filtered, fill into clean bottles & seal.
