On Dec 25th, we changed both belts. The old power-steering belt has small cracks.
Changing the lower belt power-steering belt was difficult, because the bolt (A) was tucked away in the upper-left, behind the tire well.

Ok, you have 2 belts: one for the power steering and one that operates the alternator and compressor.
Inspect belts for being cracked or dry rotted. Replace as needed. If ok, check the deflection in the belt for proper tightness. wth a finger, press down on each belt about center point between pulleys. You shouldnt be able to push it in more that 3/8". If it goes more than that then tighten belts.
Adjusting alternator belt: Loosen bolt A and bolt B. Turn adjust bolt C clockwise to tighten tension on belt. Once accomplished, tighten bolts A and B.
Adjusting power steering belt. Loosen bolts A and B. Use a prybar placed between the power steering pump and engine block and pry outwards to increase tension. Tighten bolts A and B
